Hualien: Secluded Beach

Where: Hualien County -- Highway 11 -- 17km marker [Google Maps]

 

How to Get There:

On Highway 11, near the 17km marker you'll see an open-air pavilion on the west side of the highway. To the left is a little path(scooter/bike/walking) that leads to the beach.

Public Transport:

1. Hualien Bus: 1127, 1140, 1145. Departs from Hualien Train Station. Exit at 橄仔樹 (Gǎnzǐ Shù) stop[Google Maps]. Walk back N along Highway 11 for 100m/2 minutes.
2. Diing Dong Bus: 8119. Departs from Hualien Train Station. Exit at 橄仔樹 (Gǎnzǐ Shù) stop [Google Maps]. Walk back N along Highway 11 for 100m/2 minutes.
