The mall

Today I went to an optometrist in the mall. I'll pick up my new glasses on Monday. I opted for photo grey lenses since I don't wear my contacts anymore and therefore can't wear sunglasses.

Here's a shot of the mall (台茂 Taimall) exterior. Malls in Taiwan are pretty much just like the malls in the US.

Well, not exactly the same...

Yep, the mall has its own temple. Cool, eh?

that is pretty cool. now the question is, do they have teens hanging out and being obnoxious in the food court?

@OsakaJack: LOL. Actually, the food court and everywhere else is pretty family friendly. I probably see the largest concentration of teens at the theater level, but they don't seem obnoxious to me. I dunno, maybe I just ignore them.

@OsakaJack: Are you still in Japan? Do you have an up-to-date blog? If so, I'm interested in reading it. Let me know, ok.
