Starting a diet & exercise (again!)

In an effort to lose this fat I've accumulated around my midsection, last week I started to diet and exercise again. Actually, the diet is counting calories.

Current weight = 80kg   ➨  Goal = 75kg
Current waist   = 97cm  ➨  Goal = 87cm
Exercise
                      ➨  Goal = 30 minutes 4X week

I'm using MyFitnessPal.com to track my calories, and my Nike+ sports band to track my speed walking.
